About Us

Approach

At GloThrive Wellness, we focus on sustainable, low-impact movement and holistic health practices that fit real life. Whether you're a busy parent, returning from injury, or simply looking to feel better day-to-day—we meet you where you are. We prioritize accessibility—favoring bodyweight movement and everyday tools over expensive gear.  Unlike high-intensity fitness models, we emphasize longevity, mindset shifts, and practical strategies for building lasting habits—so that thriving becomes second nature.

Adam Gloyeske

Adam Gloyeske is the founder and sole proprietor of GloThrive Wellness, blending his expertise in exercise science, acupuncture, and holistic wellness to create a truly integrative approach to health. As an ultramarathon runner, Adam finds joy in immersing himself in nature, catching the sunrise, seeing wildlife, and embracing the mental and physical challenge of endurance running. Running is more than just exercise—it’s therapy, a way to self-regulate, and a practice that fuels his holistic approach to movement and well-being.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University and a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, Adam honed his skills treating complex cases with acupuncture and complementary therapies. His personal experience overcoming a running injury through acupuncture inspired him to help others find sustainable ways to move, heal, and thrive. He continues to own  and operate his own practice in Oxford, Ohio at Gloyeske Acupuncture Pointe.

Fitness has always been an important part of his life, and it has kept him healthy throughout. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Adam hopes to bring that resilience to you!

Personal Training Philosophy

With so many training styles out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Consistency and staying injury-free are the real keys to long-term progress.

If you have a willing and able body, you're an athlete. At any age, most people can improve their fitness—movement is part of what makes us human. When we stop moving, things start to break down: metabolism slows, muscle and bone weaken, and chronic conditions can set in.

At GloThrive Wellness we focus on:

  • Full range of motion resistance training
  • Building strength from the ground up—feet to fingertips
  • Regressing when needed to make real, lasting progress
  • Improving mobility, stability, and injury resilience
  • Developing aerobic capacity for energy and longevity
